By Car:
    From Sheffield City Centre:
  • Get onto Attercliffe Road (towards Meadowhall)
  • As you pass Don Valley Stadium on your Right and soon after that you come to a set of traffic lights - You need to turn Right at these (into Coleridge Road)
  • Turn Right into the Car Park of the EISS.
    From the M1:
  • Take J34 M1 (sign posted Meadowhall)
  • Follow the signs 'A6178 City Centre' and 'Attercliffe' from J34.
  • Go past Meadowhall Shopping Centre on your right and continue straight ahead. Follow signs for 'Attercliffe' and 'Don Valley Stadium / Hallam FM Arena'.
  • Go past the Arena on your left and continue on Attercliffe Road. Soon you will come to a set of traffic lights - You need to turn Left at these (into Coleridge Road) (Ice Sheffield is on your left as you approach these lights).
  • Turn Right into the Car Park of the EISS.

By Bus: A large number of bus routes serve the Institute from the bus station / Sheffield Passenger Interchange and depart every 10 minutes. The route numbers include 2, 69, 130, 287.

By Supertram: Sheffield's light rail system has a stop close to the Institute. Trams connect to the facility from various points of Sheffield including the City Centre and Meadowhall, alight the tram at the 'Don Valley / Arena' stop.
